Usually the best burritos in Bonn with great options for vegetarians and vegans. BUT: Unfortunately, neither masks nor gloves are used in the preparation. When I asked the employee about it, she said very unfriendly that both are allowed. I am indeed aware of this and do not mind if hands are washed or disinfected in between. But if one person is solely responsible for preparation and cash register, and sometimes touches other people's money and bank cards, and then prepares food immediately afterwards, I find that rather unhygienic and, especially with Corona, just negligent. Unfortunately, a real no-go at the moment. In addition, the preparation takes FOREVER. Will be avoided in the near future.

Germany hasn't really gotten Tex-Mex flavor down yet. But this place has a decent attempt and still tastes great regardless

Top location, also for vegans!

The ingredients are fresh and the concept of the store is great, but unfortunately I'm really disappointed with the communication. I don't tolerate dairy products and had ordered the vegetarian burrito to take away as "vegan". I got one with sour cream and cheese, but only noticed it at home. Calling was no longer possible, the shop was already closed. So the next day I wrote an email with a photo, an error message came back because the mailbox was full. A message on Facebook was never answered. Likewise, not my mail a week later. It annoys me and I don't feel like ordering anything anymore when so little value is placed on customer satisfaction. What every pizza service that delivers something wrong corrects, can't be so difficult here?

It's great when you want to eat something, but there is nobody in the shop and 2 employees are standing outside and smoking. Luckily there are enough other restaurants

Delicious but sometimes unusual creations ... the dessert (chocolate quesedilla) was very, very delicious!

Unfortunately, currently only takeaway is offered and there was only one person responsible for the orders - accordingly it took a long time, but it was worth the wait. The burritos are delicious, I'll be back ?

Everything is very tasty, especially the quesadilla! Very friendly waiters.

The decoration on the tables and in the whole restaurant is reasonable and beautiful. The toilets are constantly clean and all in all the restaurant makes a good impression. I have never had a cold dish in the restaurant before. The choice of drinks leaves nothing to be desired. The staff is always very eager and courteous without ceasing! We think the prices are absolutely fair.

Very tasty burritos. Unfortunately, the filling ratio has changed compared to last year. Whereas some time ago they were filled with beef and rice, the percentage of lettuce has increased significantly. Don't get me wrong: I like lettuce, but this not only results in a negative price-performance ratio, but also more "air" in the burrito ;-) I will correct the rating accordingly, should this soon change Still worth a recommendation.

Delicious food and very nice staff. The interior is not really my taste and looks a bit cold, but it's a matter of taste. It is not so good to order: we had ordered from Lieferando and most of it was only half or lukewarm.

I think my picture says it all ?. The burrito was delicious. The ice cream was missing from the homemade lemonade, but it doesn't matter ? Clear recommendation !!

What a joke, pay 8,50 Euro for a cold rice and beans Burrito. advertised on the menu as chilli cheese with beef but no cheese and beef at all.

Best quesadillas in Town hands down

Generally overpriced for the burrito of mediocre taste.

Nice ambience, food is tasty. Their homemade lemonade and Tea is worth a try.

A little expensive (small portions), but yummy. Cashless payment possible.

I have never been to Mexico but by Mexican friend said the place gives her a Mexican feel...isn't that great...Mexico in Germany ??????hola...great burritos also...

We took two different burritos for lunch here. They were fresh and tasty. Environment is industrial and a bit basic. Service was friendly.

Average, not as good as in Köln, if you have time, then i would recommend to go to köln instead of going there. The housemade Lemonade tasted like they were stored in the same place with onions and veggies, or someone cut the ? after they cut onion with them. Everything else was ok. Btw the waiter just forgot to take our order, although we came before two other groups of guests. . .

The burrito is to stuffed with rice, once I asked for some spicy souse, he just add with no criteria at all until the point I could eat it anymore.

I ate here yesterday and haven't stopped going to the bathroom. I feel sick to my stomach. Horrible way to start my weekend. ?

I love this place! The chicken burrito with jabanero mayo is fantastic, and the staff are very friendly.

Great burritos!

Ever since the change in ordering and the disappearance of "make your own burrito", this place has really lost some of its flair. Excluding the price increase for less food, the service is incredibly slow for a fast food joint. It used to be my favourite burrito place outside of Mexico/USA, but now my search will have to continue as I will no longer be coming here...

Best place for Mexican food in Bonn. In love with the food!

The atmosphere and style of this place are interesting and beautiful. We got the chicken and the beef burritos and were not 100% happy with them. I expected a bit more vegetables and a bit less rice in a good burrito. I also found the chicken one to be a bit bland and dry while the beef was much better. All ‘n all we enjoyed our meal here and would come back to try other items.

Good food, service is slow

Typical 'build your own burrito' place that are everywhere these days, except that they seat you and take your order, so you don't actually get to make choices. Lots of seating, and kid friendly. If they added a shrimp option, I could give the place 5 stars

Very good Burritos and i recommend for those who visit the city.

Waited 20 minutes to be served and left because there was no prospect of any service any time soon. Food may be nice but have no idea nor do a lot people who were also sitting there.

Tasty giant and big burritos, nice quesadillas and nachos, all with or without hot salsa. Homemade limonade is the best to cool down on spices. Staff are friendly and flexible to accommodate special orders. I can only recommend!!!

The food was very tasty. Although the Pollo Burrito could have been a bit sharper and I did not need the coriander on the tacos. But: Great shop, good atmosphere and very friendly service.
